The 3rd Beijing International Symposium and Workshop on Robotic Cardiac Surgery (BISROCS 2012) was successfully held from July 14-16, 2012 at the PLA General Hospital in Beijing, China.

During the past 3 days, BISROCS 2012 successfully completed its tasks — more than 20 world renowned professors and scholars from France, USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, mainland China and so on spoke at the conference. 4 robotic live surgeries on cardiac surgery and 6 robotic live surgeries on multiple disciplines have all been successfully performed, which has attracted more than 400 participants from all over the
world.
